Program 2023:

Day 1 -  kitchen party:
Thursday November 9th welcome with an aperitif and 4 delicacies.
From 19:00 our kitchen party starts with live music from the band "The Snoops".
Star chef Peter Girtler and his kitchen team will pack ravishing delicacies into fabulous finger food.
Guest chef and sushi master Chang will enchant you with Far Eastern pleasure philosophies and Asian classics.
Taste 12 dishes in four courses in the kitchen, bar or restaurant and look over the shoulder and into the pots of the kitchen magicians.
At the cocktail bar we mix various cocktail classics and lifestyle drinks with the exclusive brandies, gins, vodkas, rums, whiskies...of the most modern quality distillery Reisetbauer in Austria.
Together with sommelière Lisa Kinkelin you will taste exquisite wines of the Eisacktaler Kellerei as well as some others.
In addition, a top selection of craft beer specialties compiled by beer sommelier Christian Ossanna awaits you.

Day 2:
We will spoil all party animals on Friday November 10th with a wonderful late riser breakfast until 12:00 am.
On Friday evening we serve a delicious 6-course choice menu with typical South Tyrolean dishes as part of the enjoyment half board.

Day 3 Gala Gourmet:
The highlight of the gourmet days is Saturday evening November 11th.
An exclusive gourmet menu awaits you, put together by our 2-star chef Peter Girtler, his kitchen team and his guest chef and star chef Paul Ivić.
The gala menu is a symphony of Peter Girtler's fish and meat dishes and Paul Ivić's vegetarian creations.

Paul Ivić - A revolutionary of vegetable cuisine on the conscious use of food from root to leaf.
Since the opening in 2011, Paul Ivićas chef and general manager is the figurehead of the TIAN restaurant in Vienna. Paul Ivić has revolutionized vegetable cuisine.
The Michelin-starred chef transforms natural ingredients with a special feeling for flavors and aromas into delicious and varied vegetarian and vegan dishes.
With his refined creations from purely vegetarian ingredients and a never-ending search for the best quality, fairly produced food and sustainable cuisine, Ivić cooked with his restaurant TIAN in Vienna in 2014 - as the only vegetarian restaurant in Austria and only a handful of restaurants worldwide - a Michelin star and four toques from Gault&Millau and has thus reached the Olympus of vegetarian cuisine.
It is of great concern to him, as an ambassador of conscious nutrition, to draw attention to the handling of genetically modified food or food poisoned by pesticides.
The passionate cook is a great advocate of biodynamic agriculture.
A native of Tyrol with Croatian roots, he learned his craft in top gastronomy in Germany, Austria and Switzerland before gaining a foothold at TIAN in Vienna.
