Day 1 – Kitchen Party | 6 November:
At 7:00 PM, our legendary Kitchen Party kicks off with a sparkling aperitif and four refined gourmet bites.
Live music by the South Tyrolean band The Snoops sets the perfect mood.
In a relaxed setting, you’ll experience the kitchen up close: Michelin-starred chef Peter Girtler and his team prepare 15 small dishes, served in four courses, right in the kitchen, at the bar or in the restaurant.
For added culinary excitement, our guest duo Andi & Aom from Andi’s Kitchen Front present seasonal, creative cuisine with a touch of Thai street food.
Paired with the dishes are elegant white, red and sparkling wines from the renowned Rèva winery in Piedmont.
To round off the evening, bartenders from Cocktailbar Blaue Brigitte in Innsbruck will craft unique signature cocktails.
Day 2 – South Tyrolean Taste Day | 7 November:
After a festive first evening, Friday 7 November begins with a leisurely late riser’s breakfast, served until 12:00 PM.
At 2:00 PM, young farmer Luca and estate host Andreas Stafler invite you to explore our on-site farm. Experience South Tyrolean agriculture up close and discover everyday farm life – from milking to animal care. Our four-legged (and winged) residents – cows, calves, pigs, sheep, chickens, bees and more – are excited to welcome you!
Afterwards, we’ll treat you to farm-fresh specialties, cheese, delights from the Sterzing dairy, and fine wines from the Pacherhof estate.
Gerold on the accordion will provide the musical backdrop.

In the evening, enjoy a delicious 6-course dinner as part of our gourmet half-board experience, featuring typical South Tyrolean dishes under the theme “0 km”.
Our kitchen team will prepare an authentic South Tyrolean menu using the best regional ingredients and products from local farmers.
An excellent wine pairing with Eisack Valley wines will complete the experience. (Wine pairing not included in the package price)
Day 3 – Gourmet Gala | 8 November:
Saturday evening, 8 November, marks the highlight of our gourmet festival.
You’ll enjoy an exclusive gourmet menu created by Michelin-starred chef Peter Girtler, Sous Chef Andreas Mulser, their team and guest chef Martin Dalsass.
We are proud to welcome Martin Dalsass, one of South Tyrol’s most acclaimed chefs, awarded with a Michelin star and 18 Gault Millau points.
Often called the “Olive Oil Pope”, he has led the prestigious Talvo by Dalsass restaurant in Champfèr/St. Moritz since 2011. His cooking is known for its honest, refined Mediterranean-Alpine style and the thoughtful use of top-quality ingredients.
Guest sommelier Lisa Kinkelin will accompany each course with carefully curated wine pairings full of nuance and elegance.
We are especially thrilled to have Lisa with us this year – despite her being currently on maternity leave.
With deep dedication and passion, she will enhance the menu with a perfectly matched wine experience. (Wine pairing not included in the package price)
