Born on November 21st, 1992 in Brixen.
Through high school, in summer and during the weekends as well, I gained my first experiences in the hospitality industry as commis.
After the baccalaureate in the language high school, I decided to continue my experience in the hospitality industry.
In so doing, I worked in the Traubenwirt restaurant in Brixen and this represented the beginning of my training in the service by attending the local hotel school Emma Hellenstainer.
Thanks to a friend, I developed an interest in wine. Thus, I decided to attend a sommelière course and 2017 I obtained my diploma.
Recently, I also completed my training as maître’D and bar
, my last challenge according to my slogan “Never say never!”
Yes, because the desire to improve myself and to learn does never leave me.
Since February 2020, I am working as sommelière at the Gourmetstube Einhorn
and I am so thankful for this great opportunity.
Matching excellent culinary delicacies with the right wine is an amazing challenge and I learn something new every day!
