Day 1

On Thursday, November 6th, we warmly welcome you with an aperitif and 4 delicious bites.
Starting at 7:00 p.m., our Kitchen Party kicks off with live music by the band “The Snoops”.

Michelin-starred chef Peter Girtler and his kitchen team transform irresistible delicacies into fabulous finger food.
Savor 14 dishes across four courses – in the kitchen, at the bar, or in the restaurant – and watch the culinary magicians at work and peek into their pots.

The talented team from Cocktail Bar Blaue Brigitte in Innsbruck will be shaking things up at the bar with vibrant energy and creative drinks!

Our guest chefs are Andi & Aom from Andis Kitchen Front: Their food truck brings honest, seasonal cuisine inspired by local ingredients and international travels – with a delicious Thai twist!

The winery joining us for the gourmet event this year is Rèva – the rising star from Piemont in recent years, known for outstanding white, red, and sparkling wines!
A taste of South Tyrol
Day 2
All party animals will be treated to a wonderful late riser’s breakfast on Friday, November 7th – served until 12:00 p.m.

At 2:00 p.m., young farmer Luca and owner Andreas Stafler invite you to visit our on-site farm. Experience South Tyrolean agriculture up close and discover daily farm life – from milking to animal care. Meet our animals including cows, calves, pigs, sheep, chickens, bees, and more.

Afterwards, enjoy a tasting of our farm’s own specialties, fresh cheese, products from the Sterzing dairy, and fine wines from the Pacherhof winery. The experience is rounded off with live accordion music by Gerold.

The highlight of our Gourmet Days is Saturday evening, November 8th.

You can look forward to an exclusive gourmet menu curated by our Michelin-starred chef Peter Girtler, sous-chef Andreas Mulser, their kitchen team, and guest chef Martin Dalsass.

We are thrilled to welcome the renowned South Tyrolean chef Martin Dalsass! His cuisine has been awarded a Michelin star and 18 Gault‑Millau points. Known as the “olive oil pope,” he has led the gourmet restaurant Talvo by Dalsass in Champfèr/St. Moritz since 2011. His honest, refined cooking style blends Mediterranean and Alpine influences with a focus on the finest ingredients.

Guest sommelière Lisa Kinkelin delights with the finest notes in the glass. We’re especially happy to have Lisa Kinkelin with us this year – all the more so as she’s currently on maternity leave. With great passion, she accompanies each course with an exciting and finely tuned wine pairing that perfectly complements the menu. (Not included in the package price)
