Our terms in case of a cancellation
Please note that the respective cancellation conditions of the respective rate apply!

To avoid anger and unnecessary costs we recommend protecting yourself against cancellation or termination as well as rescue costs (including helicopter) with the cancellation insurance. (Further information can be found further down on this page)

Cancellation conditions in high season
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers’ Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
- Until 30 days before the arrival free cancellation
- Cancellation until 29 days before the arrival 50 % of the agreed total price
- Cancellation until 14 days before the day of arrival 70 % of the agreed total price
- In case of early departure or late arrival 70 % of the agreed current price for every day not used
- In case of no-show 100 % of the agreed total price
These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the canceled rooms are re-let in whole or even in part. If a deposit has already been made, it will be refunded in the form of a voucher after the cancellation conditions have been taken into account. We do not offer a repayment.

Cancellation conditions – flexible daily rate, packages & offers
Free cancellation or modification is possible up to 3 days prior to arrival.
In case of late cancellation, no-show or early departure, 100% of the accommodation amount will be charged.
Our experience shows that despite you are now looking forward to your holiday unexpected things can cross your plans.

Cancellation conditions – non-refundable rates with special discount
These special rates are non-refundable and non-changeable.
The total amount (100%) is charged at the time of booking.
In case of cancellation, no-show or early departure, 100% of the accommodation amount will be charged.

Our terms in case of a cancellation: wellness and beauty treatments
We ask you to give us at least 24 hours´ notice if you need to cancel your spa booking. Please note that there is a cancellation fee of 50% if the the cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to to booking.
You are encouraged to arrive a few minutes prior to your treatment. Please be advised that late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time.

Our terms of payment and cancellation for groups:
Reservations and deposits:
- Rooms are considered reserved with a deposit of 30% of the price of the stay at the time of booking.
- A further 30% of the price of the stay must be paid 30 days before arrival. (Until then, changes of up to 30% of the number of rooms are possible free of charge)
- The remaining balance will be charged 7 days before arrival. (Changes of up to 10% of the number of rooms are possible free of charge up to this point)
Cancellation policy:
- If canceled at any time after the booking has been completed, the respective deposits will be retained
- Up to 7 days before arrival: If canceled 7 or less days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the total amount.
