This idyllic mountain area is crossed by a total of 105 kilometres of well-prepared runs.
The Ridnaun Valley
is famous not only for its 25 kilometres of runs but also because it is the venue of international competitions with its modern biathlon stadium.
The Vizze Valley has become a true insider tip for cross-country skiers in recent years: there are 25 kilometers of perfectly groomed tracks which take you across open meadows or through silent woods.

8-km run starting from Ladurns called “Silbertalloipe”
5-km ring run from St. Anton/Fleres Valley called “Erl-Rundloipe”
Racines and Ridnaun:
15-km ring run from Gasteig to Stange and Mareit (1,000 meters a.s.l.)
25-km ring run from Ridnaun (1,350 meters a.s.l.) to Gasse and Maiern (skating permitted)
12-km run from Innerratschings (1,350 meters a.s.l.) to Flading (skating permitted)
6-km, high-altitude run called “Kalcheralm”
