White Tower Museum
The “White Tower”, an emblem of the city, has housed a museum since 2007. Its religious and historical significance in its double function as a tower for both the city and the church is explained through the use of various models. Bells in a miniature format but with the ring and tone of the genuine chiming demonstrate the role of the tower’s bells in religious and social life. During the tour, the content of the tower globe and the tasks of the earlier tower guards are revealed. A visit to the tower is especially rewarding for children.
