Our terms in case of a cancellation: hotel
Main season

If you arrive lately or not at all or leave early, cancellation fees may arise. To avoid these costs, we recommend concluding a cancellation insurance. To guarantee a booking in our hotel, we require the acceptance of the following terms.

- In the event of cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival: 80 percent of compensation to room price
- In the event of cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival: 80 percent of compensation to room price
- In the event of cancellation up to 20 days prior to arrival: 100 percent of compensation to room price
- In the event of cancellation up to 10 days or less prior to arrival: the whole package price will be charged.
- In the event of late arrival or early leave the occurred damage will be charged.


Low season

- In the event of cancellation up to 1 days prior to arrival: no fee will be charged
- In the event of late arrival or early leave the occurred damage will be charged.


Our terms in case of a cancellation: wellness and beauty treatments

In the case of non-utilization or cancellation (at least 24 hours prior to the appointment) 50 percent of the treatment´s price will be charged. Non-utilized services included in packages won´t be compensated.
