A historical ambience for your wedding

The Romantik Hotel & Restaurant Stafler has developed historically over a very long time and is closely linked to South Tyrol and its history. The first written evidence of the existence of the Stafler inn dates back to 1270 and it has been among the most traditional inns in South Tyrol ever since. At the time it was called “Einhorn” (“Unicorn”) and as a coaching inn it was a favourite stopover place for many travellers. Also some famous writers and artists were among those who appreciated the South Tyrolean hospitality. Goethe for example sojourned in our inn with annexed farming estate on his way to Italy. There are traces of history all over the place: historical vaults, tiled stoves from the turn of the last century, panelled ceilings and examples of traditional craftsmanship. Our heritage is marked by centuries full of exciting moments and innumerable encounters, and shaped by the legendary hospitality of the Stafler family.

Surrounded by the spectacular mountain scenery of the Alps and in the midst of an idyllic parkland, the four-star hotel Stafler is the perfect venue for an unforgettable dream wedding with honeymoon. In fact, it is also the ideal starting point for many activities that can accompany your wedding. Excursions to the finest castles and fortresses of South Tyrol and to world-famous vineyards can start from here. Another attraction is the medieval town of Vipiteno - only 10 minutes away by car – where you can browse through the elegant shops or enjoy a cappuccino in one of the many lively portico cafés.
